1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Items that are marked as final sale
– Personalized or customized items
– Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer service team at info@menapparell.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
– Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
– Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. Men Apparell is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
